Bass Cat's new Cougar FTD introduces a new euro hull design encompassing 36 years of bass boat design innovations.

2008 brings a new top cap design which includes a unique livewell design in the new Cougar FTD. These triangle shaped livewells offer more space for your catch and added 10 gal. to the capacity. The front deck even has a place for your buoy markers, every tournament fisherman needs these. That 2008 Cougar FTD top cap is resting on a totally new hull for 2008. This hull provides an improved ride and handling in our 20 ft. series. The console offers user friendly touch pads and other digital technologies as state of the art instrumentation for monitoring the pulse of the outboard, or livewell water conditions assuring the day's catch is released safely.

The deck layout provides storage from the bow to the console with six compartments...two are under one lid in the front center. Vast additional storage is also found under the new euro style bucket seats with an ice chest located in the center of the seat arrangement.

A compliment of standard features are found in this Cougar FTD. No plastic dashes, or fancy cover ups...just an all out fishing machine from tip to stern.
